- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆My wife recently changed her name and Rettew's was the only place that was able to help her (keep her maiden name as her middle name) to get a new ID. Great customer service - they let us in even after they closed early for a holiday, just to help us out... It still took over a month to get everything legalized for a new driver's license, (waiting on 2 gov. issued ID's with new name) but Rettew's cared enough to call and keep us updated. If you are having trouble changing your name on your driver's license, after you get your new S.S. card, don't waste your time at the DMV - Rettew's will help you out!By Todd Grove, July 05, 2017
