  I purchased dozens of used commercial items/equipment through PCI and l had a very frustrating experience. Be very careful before bidding! there are hidden fees and you will end up paying a quadruple price for something you could have bought in a nearby store! I had to dispute 2 transactions and almost involved my lawyers because they would not consider even a partial reimbursement for an item that they damaged while packaging and shipping it. If you live in a another state, you will lose lots of money on shipping. I closed my account and stopped even looking at their website several months ago! Lesson learnt for me :( (an expensive one!)

  We have worked with PCI East Coast for the last couple of years. We have found some great deals on products through their auction site. We are based in Colorado therefore always had our product shipped. The packing and palletizing of our items is always top notch. Working with Abby and her team has always been easy, timely, and an absolute pleasure! We highly recommend PCI East Coast to anyone looking for great deals on quality restaurant equipment. We look forward to their auctions each week!

  This place is a joke. They damaged my store front, their employees were super unprofessional, and are just a total headache to deal with. Not to mention they have a ton of fees and charges you don't know about until it's time for them to pay you out. Total joke of a business.

  Very unethical Company. They won't return calls to rectify situation. Had over $100,000 worth of eqt to auction off. Initially they gave me a quote of $80,000 they expected from sale of eqt as did their Fla location. After all is said and done there is alot of eqt unaccounted for and they sent me a check for under $3500.00. Either they are thieves or don't know what the hell they are doing. Either way it doesn't benefit you as a seller. Don't sell your items through this company. Wish someone wold have warned me. Even auctioneer in Fla has said he parted ways with them due to the way they run their business. He has pulled his license from them. I have never complained about a company or wrote a review. This is the first time. Please read other scam reports out on internet on this company. Do your due diligence. Multiple complaints is a pattern. Same things. Horrible customer service and liars.

  If you're looking for great prices on commercial restaurant equipment PCI East Coast is a fantastic resource! I’ve been buying from them the last couple of years and find their auction website easy to navigate and search for what I’m looking for. The team is also great - they respond to emails at all times of the day (thanks Abby!) and are quick to answer questions. I will continue to use them in the future.
